On going issues with email for the 6th day now & website is down as well. In support representative’s own words “ they’ve moved email & web hosting to a new server & stuffed it up” In a situation like this, the person in charge should have the knowledge & the ability to test & resolve any issues or to immediately roll-back the changes & not let it go on for days & weeks. That should be a very basic & fundamental requirement for a email/web service provider.
