I've made a lot of mistakes along the way, or just didn't know what to do. IT support staff are friendly and very patient. Emails that I receive from support are not generic and give clear updates on what is happening. IT support staff are polite and I come away feeling better than when I started with more knowledge and an increased ability to do it for myself next time. That's not a small thing when the call centre is not based in Australia. I get better service from Crazy Domains than call centres here.

First up, prices were very good. Our website was built quickly after consultations on what we wanted. Adjustments were quickly made as requested on the design and content. CD Customer Care seem genuine in wanting to give you support. They're not always the best at initialising a session where you are both on the same page. You need to let them know you either do or don't understand the OSI approach to troubleshooting. It definitely helps if you do know. When you get a tech-support person that is patient and prepared to logically step through a process of elimination you get results - even if the solution means you are pointed WHERE to look for the problem at your end.

If only all companies had customer service like this... I host all of my websites with them for many years now. When I have a problem they are quick and responsive, elevate your problem to the next level tech if they can't solve it (which is rare), and most of all they are happy to just do something for you if you are having trouble in cpanel or other such issues. There have been occasions when they didn't quite know what they were doing - that's true - but no one is perfect. Very happy with their products and service and they may not be the absolute cheapest but very competitive otherwise.

It seems they keep changing the payment method. Today I renewed one of my .com domain and they raise an invoice of ? 633.75 but they charge ? 695.95 from my card. When I raise the issue to customer care - they replied that bank charged me extra amount. The fact is they are showing amount in INR and charging the amount in USD. Better to avoid such provider. ------------------------------------------------ Update AS ON 04-04-18 I received email and call as well from the Cathy M and it was wonderful to have a talk with her. CrazyDomains refunded the extra amount in my wallet that was charged during the domain renewal. They changed my view. Recommended.

Although I gave them 1 star at the beginning, but after the good customer service, I made it 3 star. I am not 100% happy with my experience, but they tried to fix it.
