I do not believe myself to be the typical user, but Tresorit works great for what I want it to do. I don't use it for business and I'll never use the collaboration feature. I'm not planning to install the desktop app or use the mobile app often. The browser interface is spectacular though. The layout and structure are really easy to understand. Navigation is very intuitive, and dragging & dropping files or even entire folders to upload is seamless. I appreciate not having to install a desktop client in order to back up data. I couldn't see any weird bugs or quirks, no matter which browser flavor or OS I tried. The support people are also very helpful and easy to work with. I also appreciate the security, encryption, and protections. It is also nice to know that they have built in a number of other convenience features, should I ever need to make use of them. I've been using Tresorit for four years now, and it has pretty much been a straightforward and pain-free experience.
