I never keep all of my eggs in one basket so I started to hand-reg a few domains when these guys were starting 2010 or when ever it was, before they moved their operation out of Australia to Dubai. In all fairness they have been able to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently and communication has been fine. Here is the tipping point. I went to renew a .property domain two days ago, friday for $50, I thought I'll do it on Sunday while I'm having a beer or three. So, I log on and go to renew my domain and suddenly they want $172. A $122 price increase in just two days. It is going to cost me a small fortune to move my 20 plus domains over to NameBright.com but that was the first and only straw that broke this Camel's back.
