My company has been using Paycom's services since the late 1990's. They consistently process our payroll correctly and on time. The customer service response is exceptional. It doesn't matter that we are a small company, we still get a dedicated team of specialists that usually respond to all requests within 15 minutes. The software/website is very easy to use and the built in report writer allows for special reports to be generated for things like worker's comp and insurance audits. Being a small company, it was difficult to keep up with all the thing involved in the payroll process. Tax rates, tax filings, vacation and sick leave accruals, and W2's took a considerable amount of time. We tried using an in-house program and then using another payroll processing company. Paycom quickly turned our payroll function into a smooth, streamlined process.
