I have been a Paycom customer since 2005. Once our company was set up and entered into the Paycom system, we noticed immediate change. I can literally submit payroll for ALL of my employees in a matter of minutes. The online capabilities and functionality allow me pay my staff from my office or from my phone between appointments. There have even been occasions where I have done payroll from a beach chair! My accountant loves the reports that we provide him directly from the Paycom site. There is basically nothing that i don't like about the system or the company. Customer service is always helpful and easy to reach. I actually get a person when I call.
