I haven't needed to contact their tech support department, because they are always keeping all the scripts updated, hardware optimized and network stable and ddos protected. I can't see any troubles in their service, so I am now very satisfied with all hosting aspects like uptime and performance. I am with them for about half-year, but I am sure that I am their long-term customer, hosting service is done well, thanks for that, Rapiddedi!
