I work as a secretary and receive over 20,000 email a year. Unfortunately, our IT Department won't allow the use of software with servers in the US due to privacy laws (I live in Germany). I can and do however at home. SaneBox saves me tons of time by automatically filtering out email into pre-set folders and then sending me a single email showing me at one glance where the incoming mail has been sorted and giving me the opportunity to quickly check if I would like any of these email to be put in my inbox just once, trained to always be put in my inbox, to always ignore/delete or train to do something else with the email. I estimate it saves me at least half an hour a day with a knock-off effect of savings each time I use SaneBox to "train" email. If I could only use it at work it would save me tons of time, especially since Outlook's search function is so bad.
