I want to compliment your company and one of your outstanding employees, Charles, who went to great lengths to help me migrate my Wordpress site from a local host to my new hosting account at WHC today. Having noticed that I was experiencing much difficulty with the upload, he graciously offered to help without my asking. Charles meticulously went through the process after I gave him access to my computer, and it wasn’t long before he found the problem and had my website up and running without a single glitch. Since I was able to watch his every move on my screen, it was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. Had Charles not assisted me today, I would not have been able to upload my site on my own, and I was about ready to give up. Having managed several websites since 1997, I can say that I have never experienced such forthcoming and dedicated service from any hosting company, let alone without an appointment and on a Sunday evening. I have thus decided to move my two other websites—and domains—to WHC once my current website project becomes fully operational. You have made a client for life. I had always imagined a hosting company as being a large and lifeless room full of computers. I now feel like I have a friend ready to offer help and technical expertise at a moment’s notice. I usually fend for myself—trial and error—but from now on, I will seek advice and services from my new hosting company—such as protection from hacking—thanks to the highly professional and timely service I received from Charles this evening.
