I've been designing ebay templates and related graphics for eBay sellers in the past 4 years. Until CrazyLister came along I've been using Photoshop and html but as a graphic designer CrazyLister made my life much easier and from what I've seen it actually allows non savvy people create very good designs on their own, this is definitely the easiest way to design eBay listings from all the tools I've been using so far.
