Excellent support. I moved here having grown fed up with the utter lack of support I was getting from a certain well known large host and their clueless customer support based thousands of miles away, and I chose SWbroadband on the basis of the reviews here, which said that the support was good and they knew what they were doing. It's true - I've been getting customer support emails all weekend and have solved all my problems. Thanks Ryan!
