I have worked with Host-ed for more than two years, I started testing personal shared hosting plan, and I found the customer support to be outstanding, these guys are fast and they know what they are doing. For me, the most important factor in choosing a hosting provider is the quality and speed of the tech support, besides that their prices are highly competitive and I haven't had any noticeable service interruption.
