I would give them more stars because they do have the best customer service, but I had a little trouble uploading my files on their myCP. As you can see by the website I run, I am not the best at this online stuff. My boss told me I needed to upgrade to a dedicated server or a VPS and they were recommended. Anyway, I couldn't get the files up and the techs helped me for free. We are all up and our site is much faster now.
