Host-ed has extremely fast customer support help via e-mail and support tickets (I've gotten replies in 2 minutes!). They also have the best hosting prices I've found. I really like them. an easy to use (custom)control panel. All in all it's up to you when you think you are in the right direction, comparison is also a good way to make your final decision.
