When I opened my Joomla website hosted by host-ed.net I found a new version was available but I was unable to update. For some reason I got an error message that the upgrade cannot b performed and I should contact my server administrator. and this is what I did. I fired a ticket and with in less than half an hour I got a reply "Your joomla version has been updated to its latest version" This was a five start customer service.
