One of our biggest clients that has global offices uses their recovery/backup software and around this time last year our client had major issues with their exchange server. with the help of Safe Data Storages Tech support out of normal works hours we was able to recover the server using their bare metal backups and thereby minimising the clients data loss and downtime. I would highly recommend this company and the software, 10 out 10 and great all round support in and out of office hours. We didn't even purchase the software directly from them but through a reseller, but Safe Data Storage stepped up to the issue and got the client working. Just wish all support companies were like SDSL.
