Excellent service, knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help. We, as a company have used Safe Data Storage for a number of years and have no plans to change. They have rescued us a number of times in the past and their bare metal product that we use is perfect for our needs. We back up all our servers using this product and have not had an issue, also as and IT manager you need a product that you can rely on as well as being fast to restore, SDS are all we need. 10 out of 10 in our books.
