"I've been hosting with Host-ed for more than 2 years now and I am now sure I'll keep on using them. Their reliability is great with little almost no downtime, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. I have opened a few tickets to support and I always receive an answer promptly. You can contact them for virtually anything. Once I even had a problem with a MySQL queries that was overusing my account resources and they helped me optimize it. My site is fast which makes my visitors happy and me as well. Pricing: Value for what I'm receiving is excellent. They go that extra mile and do things that one wouldn't expect from a hosting company"
