Over the 5 years I have been with Hostpapa, I have not had any major complaints with their service, their uptime, or their hosting. The hosting speed has always been satisfactory on their end even though it's shared hosting. There have been a few downtimes, but they have been rare, and have not exceeded their guarantee. I have not had to wait too long for any requests or inquiries. The control panel is adequate, and they have been good about keeping up with php/mysql versions. I do not plan on switching hosts in the forseeable future, and have recommended their service to friends and clients due to their price and green efforts.
