My company has a 42U cabinet with QuadraNET whom's facilities are located in greater Los Angeles. We have been colocating our equipment with QuadraNET for 2 years, and they have never failed to keep us satisfied. I especially like their support. A lot of hosts advertise 24x7 support but don't actually provide it, but QuadraNET really has 24x7 onsite support staff and I have already put that to the test when I had an emergency a few weeks ago. I urgently needed a hard drive replacement on one of my servers, the NOC answered my phone call at 4 AM in the morning, and after my confirmation remote hands got to work right away and had the failed drive swapped out. It's glad to know that someone is always there watching over your servers, ready to help you if you need it.
