Having used Falcoda for over a decade, what was once a great provided has become appallingly bad. Support emails are ignored for critical outages, no chat function and there is a number to call, but this says we don't answer and don't leave a message as we won't get back to you. While it has worked, it has been fine, but the proof was when there is an issue and this has caused us to have a full website/email outage costing us thousands...We are voting with our feet and getting another provider!

We recently transferred our website www.ukleakdetection.co.uk to Falcoda from 'Crazy Domains' due to email issues. The staff at Falcoda were able to sort an issue that has been bugging us for over a year in just a few moments! Our customers are usually panicking with burst pipes, water leaks and heating problems and we need to access our emails while out on the road. Now we can read and reply to leak detection work and give a prompt reply to them!
