Support Team That Actually Responds When Needed Our hospital started using eHospital Systems about a year ago mainly to organize patient records and billing. One thing that stood out to us was the support team. Whenever we faced issues during setup or needed clarification on certain modules, their support responded fairly quickly and helped us work through the problem. The system itself handles registration, appointments, and billing well, although some parts of the interface take time to learn. Overall, it has been helpful for improving coordination between departments and reducing manual paperwork.
