Just as others have said the support and actual service has fallen off a cliff. We have experienced outtages for hours upon hours at times. Not to mention the support is abysmal and beyond slow. The price has also increased in the last 2 years by over 60%.Web Host Python used to be hands down the best service with an absolutely amazing support staff that we've never experienced before. But that was before the buyout as others have mentioned. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere... And notice the only good review are all from before the sale!
