"Highly Effective Budgeting and Reporting Tool " IDU-Concept adopts a very professional approach to implementation with a robust project plan and a dedicated project manager and implementation manager. This resulted in a very successful implementation that was achieved on time and under budget. Their post-implementation support has been fantastic, our business did not sign a support contract with them, so all our service requests have been ad-hoc , however I have never waited more than 60 mins for a response and every query was resolved adequately and immediately. I would highly recommend IDU-Concepts. Pros IDU-Concept automated the complete budgeting and forecasting of our Group of companies and has reduced the time to complete our annual budgets from months to days! Cons The user interface is slightly complicated at first, however this is overcome quite quickly. The interface is due some modernization. To be fair to IDU-Concept there have been regular updates
