FloristWare has been our front end management system for over 10 years - the system has grown with us and FloristWare keeps our front end on track. The system’s ability to integrate with other systems like Shopify and Quickbooks is a plus. FloristWare manages our required data, our Customer and Recipient info, delivery confirmations, prints enclosure cards etc., anything required or helpful for running an accurate, detailed front end/POS system in a Flower Shop. Researching anything from a single sale to an entire year’s sales is as easy as a few key strokes - detailed reporting for any reason is accurate, easy to obtain and complete. The FloristWare system itself is very intuitive, easy to use - training staff on the system is super simple – our moto during training is “read the screen” because all of the pertinent information required is right there. FloristWare’s pricing is value packed for the system – highly recommended – wouldn’t use any other system. The Support Team is absolutely fantastic, fast, efficient, knowledgeable and always available. We consider FloristWare to be our Partner and an asset to our business. Oasis Floral Studio
