Great improvement from our previous system Pros: The Mortgage Automator team was great throughout the entire transition. From on boarding to training and ongoing support. They are always there when we need them. Easy to use and has reduced time to underwrite files. The system is slick and performs all of the tasks we had hoped it would. Cons: We haven't run into any issues with the system as of yet.
