Just an update on my last review. After Auction Ninja read my last review, they have refused to return ANY of my calls or emails. The owners of the software for this site, Christie Spooner & Grant Panarese NEVER returned my emails or calls to explain why. They should be ashamed of themselves for their POOR business practices. If you're thinking of using this site, keep in mind, if you encounter a problem of any kind, there is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just an update on my last review when I said after my first review, they'll never call me. Well, I was 100% correct, their customer service is just as bad as when I posted my first review. Why would anybody start a company and then offer such POOR service?????
