As a SaaS company in fintech sector, we aimed to aid businesses to identify and validate user information with our stronger fraud and risk management platform, designed through AI/ML. Our motive is to save them from getting prone to fraudulent activities. Through this project, we intended to have a website that can provide a safe and sturdy solution to our target audience through our well-built AI & ML-based tools. Our session with Grovention began with the ideation process regarding the workflow model, and within 3 days, we got a response from them. They shared a workflow model attached with a wireframe to visualize our website's first look, and they explained the necessary functionalities that will be performed in a user journey. After concluding on the wireframe with a few improvisations, we mutually moved forward for the design phase. Their design team was instrumental in bringing a simplified, aesthetic design to the website. After the website was live, there were few bugs addressed, which was fixed by them instantly. It was pleasant to see the website the way we wanted for our vertical. The design is unique and matches the industry standard. We have checked all the functional elements, and it works fine. Overall, we got a well-researched, scalable, mobile-rich, and easy-to-use website with feature-rich user space and an admin panel. Highly recommend Grovention for their expertise in their vertical and pleasant approach in responding to client needs.
