My company has been using RAAS since its start in 2006. The decision to use AIS’s maintenance software was made for a few reasons; personal approach, well-tailored to a regional carrier, web based and cost. The software has evolved over the years to be a better product largely based on AIS’s willingness and ability to support change. Whether it was for internal system integration, hosting and data back-up or customer-requested customization, AIS has been there. It’s very intuitive and its evolution has kept it contemporary.
