I recently used a coupon code to purchase a hosting service from Arz Host. However, the coupon code didn't work, and the amount was deducted from my account. I was worried because my transaction was successful, but I couldn't complete the hosting purchase. I received an email from them mentioning that they would refund the amount. To my amazement, the amount was refunded after 20 to 30 minutes. They guided me about the coupon it was for another product and they provided me the right coupon and then I have make the purchase again. Thank you Arzhost
