We've been using Property Works since Fall 2021 and have found that it is a full encompassing solution for anything related to leases. We're utilizing the development, lease management, accounts payable, percent rent statement & calculation, and ASC 842 modules. These modules significantly increased our accuracy and efficiency which is important to us as we started with 60+ locations in 2019 and have grown to 200+ stores in 2023. In addition, it integrates with our accounting software, Dynamics GP, which created more efficiencies. Lastly, our account representative, Gwen, is exceptional and our overall customer experience with Property Works exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend this software if you are looking for a system that will help with all aspects of leasing.
