The team is really flexible with picking up urgent bugs. I found that it is a really good working relationship in the sense that the prices are very reasonable and they are accessible even over the weekend. Website speed and performance have increased significantly thanks to Softermiis efforts. They integrated seamlessly with an in-house team and provided attentive customer service, even outside normal hours. The imminent platform migration should serve to create an industry-leading product.
