The service has been slow, lagging, kicks you out and the servers need rebooting all the time. The server, and thus may tax software, has been unavailable for 2 days (so far) in the beginning of April at he height of tax season. An absolute nightmare scenario. DO NOT USE THEM, they will kill your business.
