Using ATL’s SampleMaster and iMobile has allowed us to: capture important employee knowledge making the lab more resilient for potential staff changes in the future, reduce potential for monitoring violations with geofencing sample sites, track quality control data and performance measures, simplify report generation, speed up regulatory reporting, and improve efficiency with data entry. The Excel Express option is a game changer and has allowed us to go electronic with our bench sheets and practically automate regulatory reporting. ATL has reliable service and their technical support staff is friendly, knowledgeable and provides expedited assistance when needed.
