Trello is a fantastic tool for organizing and tracking tasks. I love the ability to create different boards for different projects, and the drag-and-drop feature makes it really easy to move cards between lists. The only downside is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming when you have a lot of cards on one board, but overall it's a great tool for managing projects.
