Pros I was able to tailor this to fulfill the needs of my school and create classes & memberships relating to my business specifics. Cons I think the "customer" view interface needs improvement. Rather than having to return to the beginning each time, one should be able to move to the next relevant customer, alphabetically or otherwise.
