I've been amazed at how well the GoToMyERP guys understand the setup and functions in Sage 100. I am working with a client new to Sage 100 and I have not had to explain a thing to them as I ask for different network requests (that hasn't stopped me from explaining, but I've realized I don't NEED to!). They are all very friendly and prompt to reply. I wish all 3rd party IT vendors were this great to work with.
