Impeccable customer service. The staff are so friendly and they were always available to help me with whatever problems I had (not that I had many problems to begin with, but it's very nice to know that any issues I did have were addressed immediately). I have dealt with other hosting companies before, and I would say whole-heartedly that this one is the best by far.
