The biggest downside to Salesforce is that it doesn't have any free integration with Google Calendars. When I need information about my upcoming meetings, all they tell me are the details of one specific meeting but not what time or location this may take place in advance like other apps do such as reminder bellhop which sends notifications directly from your phone if you're close enough so no matter where someone else sees them there's always at least SOME chance he'll know something important has come up ;)
