They have a glitch in their accounting such that when you run a finance report, the amounts it shows you paid in fees is incorrect. I notified them of this two weeks ago and asked for a partial refund. The issue is not fixed and I have not gotten any refund. Additionally, no one EVER answers their phone, and now the support ticket button on their website is broken. Horrible experience.
