The benefits and customer care after the initial sign up and set up is ongoing, and that I find very appealing. I switched to Host-ed.net even though I had hosting with another provider. I could never get them to answer my questions, and with host-ed I don't have that issue. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I spent considerable time on their online chat receiving help to get my pages up and organized. Any question I had, over a number of chats, was always greeted with enthusiasm and a genuineness. I have found that when expressing my needs for my site, they are there showing me how we can get it done. The softaculous integration of shopping carts and blogs is a great feature as well and it allows me to install any CMS I need with close to zero efforts.
