“Flexible, great value for money and excellent customer support” Overall: They are very friendly and responsive. Even with the significance time difference between our offices, they always respond in a timely manner. Pros: It's very flexible, reliable and great cost for money but the best of all is the amazing customer support that is responsive, provides guidance and solutions and even effective listens to feedback for product enhancements. Cons: Because we didn't want to use the out-of-the-box look and feel, we had to do a bit more work ourselves. But the API documentation was complete and we were able to do it well, with help when needed. Alternatives Considered: SolarWinds Service Desk and Amazon Cloud Search Reasons for Choosing Site Search 360: We looked at other products at the time as well, but none were as simple to use, install nor provided nearly the value for the price Site Search 360 offers.
