I'm still within the first six months of using their services, so it's difficult to see the long term effectiveness of using the platform. There simply isn't enough data yet to justify the expense. The monthly subscription is very expensive for a start up business trying to get momentum. As a non tech person, sometimes it is difficult for me to understand what it is exactly we are trying to accomplish by doing certain things.
