My first week with Freshmarketer was the smoothest onboarding I've ever had with a marketing tool. Guided setup, tooltip prompts that actually made sense, and a welcome sequence that didn't feel like homework. I was running my first email campaign by day three. Solo, no IT help, no agency hand-holding.
Two years later, I still remember that first week fondly because it set an accurate expectation: this platform is genuinely built for people who work alone and need things to just work. The heatmap and session recording features are where I spend most of my time now, and they remain surprisingly easy to pull insights from.
