  Growing from a tight twelve-person sales pod to nearly forty reps inside a year could have been a nightmare. Monday.com made it manageable. New hires get oriented on the boards within a day or two, and adding them to existing workflows takes maybe five minutes. The permission structure is flexible enough that I'm not constantly firefighting access issues.

  Customizable columns and automations are where I keep finding headroom. Every time the team adds a function, there's already a way to build around it. Customer support has been genuinely responsive when something breaks unexpectedly. A year in, I have no real complaints worth airing.
