Their support team is genuinely the reason I stuck around past the first month. Solo, no IT backup, no colleague to ask, so when I hit a wall with a permissions issue on a shared prototype, I needed answers fast. Response came within a couple of hours, actually solved my problem, and the person on the other end clearly knew the product. Not a copy-paste reply.
About a year in now and that experience has repeated itself. The tool itself is excellent for wireframing and client handoffs, but honestly the support is what tips this into a full five stars for me.
