The pricing page genuinely stopped me in my tracks. As a solo consultant watching every pound (and dollar, given my clients), I expected the usual bait-and-switch where the useful features live behind a tier you can't justify alone. Zoho flipped that expectation. The free tier covers more than I imagined, and when I did upgrade one app, the cost was so reasonable I actually rechecked the invoice thinking something had been missed. About six weeks in now, and the billing has stayed exactly what it said it would be. No mystery charges, no surprise seat fees.
