That first week matters more than any sales pitch. I run a small nursery operation completely on my own, and every time I've brought on new software in the past, I've spent days floundering through documentation that assumes you already know what you're doing. With Computer SOS, it was the opposite. Someone actually called me. Not an automated tutorial link, not a chatbot. A real person who walked me through the setup in plain terms, checked in mid-week to see if I had questions, and followed up on Friday just to confirm everything was running before the weekend.
What stuck with me, even now three-plus years later, is how they treated onboarding like it was a relationship starting rather than a box being checked. The software itself is built with solo operators in mind. The inventory tracking for plant stock, the order management side, the scheduling tools, all of it felt proportioned for someone working alone rather than a team of twenty. There's no bloat. I won't pretend there were zero bumps.
