Solid platform, genuinely surprised by how stable it's been. I came in skeptical, because my department had burned time on a previous tool that loved going down mid-sprint. Monday.com has been up every single time I've needed it over these past couple of months. No mystery outages, no scrambling for workarounds at 8 a.m. The status page actually reflects reality, which sounds like a low bar until you've dealt with vendors where it doesn't. The board customization clicked faster than I expected, and our sales crew hasn't logged a single bug ticket since we migrated.
The one real frustration is notification overload. There's no middle ground between knowing everything and knowing nothing, and the filter controls feel half-finished. It's manageable, but it slows you down when you're trying to triage your day. Still, for reliability alone, this earns its keep. If uptime and basic workflow stability matter to you, they've clearly invested there.
