Rolling out new pricing software across a large actuarial team is usually where enterprise projects quietly die. Akur8 surprised me. About six months ago, my team started onboarding in waves, and the platform handled every stage without the friction I was bracing for. Permissions, user roles, model governance controls, all of it scaled without us having to beg the support desk for workarounds. The ML-assisted modelling features are genuinely impressive, but honestly, the thing that made the biggest difference was how little coaching newer team members needed to get up to speed.
There are minor gripes. The reporting exports could be more flexible, and a couple of admin-side settings are tucked away where you wouldn't expect them. But the Akur8 team has been responsive every time I've raised something, and their support feels more like a partnership than a ticket queue. For an enterprise rollout of this scale, that matters more than any single feature.
